A Work Crew of Orange Coneheads
This shot, captured on a high-speed spycam, comes to us all the way from Chicago, where the photographer tells us, they appeared to be goofing off on the job. Their (obviously seasonal) job was to stand watch around a pile of salt which seems to be nearly gone at the time of the picture.
Was it stolen while they were supposedly on the job? Or was there a mad rush of buyers? With my in-depth knowledge of OCHAs, I'm betting they were goofing off.
Now that winter is over, we have to wonder where they have gone. And what might they be doing now that it is spring? Hmmm... I suspect they have their "hands" full keeping a watchful eye (or is it eyes?) on a mulch pile now - that is, unless they got lucky and are guarding the Car Cabob (that no one bid on) demolition scene.

LOL ALice! Maybe the OCHAs bid on it and the seller was too embarrassed to admit it? OOOohh maybe it's the OCHA god....
Awesome shot Chicago! Those highspeed spycams are hard to get really good shots with (My shots always look like that Polaroid shot from 16 Candles the geek took...). You did a wonderful job getting that before they rushed off!
It helped that I was up three stories, they never even saw me! And not long after I used my highspeed spycam, the ochas, the salt, the truck, the bricks, everything was cleared out. Hmmm, maybe they did see me after all, and realized they'd been discovered!
Maybe we could ask, real nicely, if ChicagoLady would mind swinging by the Car Cabob and seeing if those lazy OCHAs got a job there...
