There are more than two Alien Space Spheres out there and the Government is secretly watching them and probably doing so without a court sanctioned warrant too.

This is indisputable evidence that the observation post on the tractor trailer was being taken to an undisclosed location where it too, will be manned (probably by people of normal height judging by its size) for the purpose of observing one or more hitherto unannounced Alien Space Sphere(s).
