K - Tractor Spindle (1) (subsequent spindles to be located west of this spot)
L - Car Spindle (1) (subsequent spindles to be located east of this spot)
M - Highway Side Firework and Gift Shop

Notes:
1) The lake in the lower left might be made a swimming area if reasonably priced liability insurance can be obtained.
2) The OCHA Cemetery might be promoted in a fashion similar to Stephen King's "Pet Cemetery" if rights can be obtained.
3) Additional Parking areas might be developed north and west of the VIP lot with either shuttle bus service, OCHA Tram rides, Rusty Tractor pulled hay wagons, or similar being employeed to ensure visitor safety crossing the highway.
4) If permission can be obtained, beef calves and/or lambs might also be placed in the OCHA petting pen.
5) Marketing studies might be done to determine if the spindles should alternate tractor, car, tractor, of if they should be all of the same type together.

Hmm....an arial view of a very familiar area. You missed an opportunity tho. That black spot to the left of H is a nice big pond. Just think of all of the fun you can have at a pond. I think the cows might not not the placement of K and L, and my dad will definitely not like the placement of J. I won't even comment on the placement of the petting area. LOL

But AK, you're the one who's going to get rich off all this! You don't want it in your yard? Sacrifices will have to be made if this dream of yours is to come true!
I'd be willing to make the sacrifice!! All you'd need to do is level my neighborhood down. Truly, I wouldnt mind. All I ask is we review the townhouses, pick out the nicest/biggest ones (I need 2-3 because there are a couple neighbors I wouldnt mind retaining in the 'hood), and evict the people in them so we have a place to live. I'd even be willing to work on the ranch (and help create the much needed Monopoly game for Alice)! So...do we have a deal??
