-- In the meantime - in the spirit of the holidays --
Sing along with Bing Orangeby as he crones "Do You See What I See?"

Said the cold wind to the little lamb
Do you see what I see?
Over yonder there little lamb
Do you see what I see
A cone, a cone
Dancing in the grass
With a foot as big as its stripe
With a foot as big as its stripe...

Said the little lamb to the shepard boy
Do you hear what I hear
Ringing through the air shepard boy
Do you hear what I hear

A swan, a swan
Down 'neath the trees
With a voice as big as the sea
With a voice as big as the sea

Said the shepard boy to the mighty king
Do you know what I know
In your palace wall mighty king
Do you know what I know?

A frog, a frog
Shivers in the cold
Let us bring him water and bugs
Let us bring him water and bugs

Said the king to the O-Chas* everywhere
Listen to what I say
Pray for peace O-Chas everywhere
Listen to what I say
*Orange Cone Head Aliens

The cone, the cone
Sleeping in the night
He will bring us safety alright
He will bring us safety alright
Thank you Bing... and now for a word from our sponsors...

I'd like to build the world a home
And furnish it with love.
Grow apple trees and honey bees
And snow white turtle doves.

I'd like to teach the world to sing
in perfect harmony.
I'd like to hold it in my arms,
and keep it company
I'd like to see the world for once
all standing hand in hand.
And hear them echo through the hills
for peace throughout the land.

LOL!!! Totally awesome! I loved your versions, Sweetie!
Looking forward to hearing about your adventures when you have the time to sort them all out! Busy is fine, but remember to schedule in some "down" time and some FUN!!! OK?
You are a poet and I didn't know it. HAHA This was super!
Aww how sweet! And I love that song, but always prefer Whitney Houston's powerhouse version. Is it weird that I read the whole song in his voice though?
Heehee you're so talented, my friend! :)
and that tree in the last picture, woooooooow! I love it!
haha, very creative! and glad to hear that things are picking up at work!
LOL Gotta love it.
I'm glad you've been getting out there and doing more things and feeling more like yourself. *hugs*
Glad to hear things are picking up "considerably." Considerably is always good!
It is good that you are busy! I hope you are feeling as awesome as your sense of humor!:)
I thoroughly enjoyed both songs. :)
Glad that work has picked up! Always nice to hear. Keep smiling and singing. ;)
Oh, man I seriously wish there was a Christmas song that had the line "let us bring him water and bugs!"
Do you need an agent?
LOL with the songs, Iggy! Too cute! Great sense of humor you have and so creative with lyrics!! Glad to hear work is picking up! That is a great sign I do believe; let's hope it continues like that for a bit! When you have time to collect your thoughts for your other posts, looking forward to reading them!
betty
I'm so glad work is picking up for you! Maybe being busy has helped the creative moose get loose. I think Bing Orangeby's version of "Do You Hear What I Hear" should be submitted for inclusion on a future various artist Christmas album.
Cute songs! :)
Even though it takes you away for the most part, which means we don't get to hear about your adventures as much, I'm glad you're busy with work and getting out and about. It's good news all around; and just think of all the things you'll have to tell us about when things quieten down again! :)
absolutely fantastic..thanks so much.
Love the pictures along with your verse. I want that frog. It looks huge! The tree at the end too, is fantastic. I can just see it in a fairly tale.
The plane is darling... but I just cannot fly in anything that small. I'm not a good flyer in nig jets, let alone one of those. Nut, it is darling.
Oh, what a DELIGHTFUL post! I'm smiling with pleasure :) Thank you!
Well it looks like we are just full of smiles today. Loved this. Isn't it fun changing songs around a bit?
And oh how I'd like to see our world in perfect harmony. Peace throughout the land.
It seems to me those OCHA's are getting a bit sneaky. You'd best keep an eye on them ;) Ribbet.
