A slow day in ... "paradise"

I stumbled into the blog site below:

and enjoyed a few laughs. The point being made is that quote marks are way overused and misused.

The premise is that quote marks mean "not really what is in the quotes".

Okay, chew on that one...

"Apple Pie" for instance is ... well, its not really apple pie, its fake/mock apple pie.

I checked that site out the other day. Some of them were kinda "nice". :)

Sometimes they are used correctly, but I see what they (and you) are saying.
